We source all of our cacao from local farmers in Ecuador. All farms are certified by USDA Organic.

Cacao Powder is created by removing the oil from the cacao bean. The oil becomes cacao butter, and the leftover powder contains all the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and micro-nutrients that raw cacao is known for.

Raw Cacao powder by itself is pure chocolate and tastes bitter. Add your favorite sweetener to create your own chocolate treats. Also perfect for creating chocolate smoothies!
